Foundry Automations

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Who we are

Foundry Automations LLC ("Foundry", "we", "us") is a United States-based automation and software studio. These Terms govern our website and the professional services we provide to clients ("you"). By engaging us or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide AI automation, operations engineering, and custom software development services. Each engagement is defined by a separate written proposal or statement of work that lists the deliverables, timeline, and price. The proposal — together with these Terms — forms the agreement between us.

3. Pricing and payment

4. Refunds and cancellation

If we have not yet started work, deposits are refundable in full on written request. Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable, but you may cancel a remaining engagement at any time and pay only for work completed in good faith up to that point. Recurring retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' notice; partial months are not refunded.

5. Ownership and handoff

On final payment, you own the work product produced for you under an engagement, including code, configurations, and content. We retain the right to reuse general methods, frameworks, and non-confidential know-how developed in the course of our work.

6. Confidentiality

We treat business, client, financial, and operational information you share with us as confidential and use it only to perform the engagement. We do not sell, trade, or share client information with third parties except as needed to deliver the service (for example, hosting providers acting under their own confidentiality terms).

7. Warranties and limits

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" without other warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by the client for that engagement in the preceding twelve months.

8. Acceptable use

We do not work on engagements that involve illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or content prohibited under our payment processor's policies. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement that we believe falls outside of these limits.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Foundry Automations LLC is registered. Any dispute will be resolved in that jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Active engagements continue under the Terms in effect when the proposal was signed.
