Privacy Policy
Summary
Foundry Automations LLC respects your privacy. This website does not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. We only collect personal information that you voluntarily send to us — for example, an email inquiry — and we use that information solely to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the services we agree to provide.
1. Who we are
Foundry Automations LLC ("Foundry", "we", "us") is a United States-based automation and software studio. You can reach us at logan@foundry.industries.
2. Information we collect
- Information you send us: name, email address, phone number, company information, and anything else you choose to share when contacting us or engaging our services.
- Engagement records: proposals, statements of work, invoices, and project files associated with paid engagements.
- Payment information: handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.
- Server logs: our hosting provider may log standard request information (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs for marketing.
3. How we use information
We use information you give us to communicate with you, send proposals and invoices, deliver the services you've engaged us for, and maintain our business records. We do not sell or rent personal information.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the business — for example, our payment processor, email provider, and hosting provider — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. Each of those providers operates under their own privacy and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set its own cookies and does not embed third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Your visit is not tied to a profile by us.
6. Data retention
We keep engagement records (proposals, invoices, communications) for as long as we are required to under tax and accounting rules, and for a reasonable period after that for reference. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us; we will delete or anonymize it except where retention is required by law.
7. Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion. Email logan@foundry.industries and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
